Artizen Concrete
Bringing a decorative approach to concrete, Artizen is changing the way your driveway looks. Other than making neighbours jealous, Zen asked us to bring Artizen to life, using media as sales assets and getting the right attention across social media & his website. He now gets calls from builders stating "My client has said that he doesn't care who I use for concrete, I have to use you to get the job done as he saw your work on Instagram"… we did that.

Finding True North
Artizen Construction stamps a compass into every job. We pointed the business in the same direction. Artizen went from invisible online to a brand homeowners search for, follow, and book directly. The work compounds. Every project filmed feeds the next enquiry, and the calendar fills itself.

Problem
Wearing the marketing hat, talking to the wrong room.
Like most construction companies in Auckland, marketing was something Artizen squeezed in around the real work. A quick phone snapshot, a caption, post and hope. And the little marketing that did go out was angled at builders, the middle men who might book him, while the homeowners who emotionally connect with the craft never saw it. It works to a point, but that point is a ceiling. Artizen had outgrown it.

Solution
Put the craft in front of the homeowner.
Having a middle man was the problem. Builders held the relationship, recommended their own concrete guys, and Artizen waited for the phone to ring. We built Artizen a direct line to the homeowner instead, so the demand starts with them. Three services made it happen: content creation that showcases the craft, a marketing strategy that earns attention and converts it, and social growth tuned to put the work in front of the right audience.

Result
Booked by name, not by referral.
Artizen is now consistently booked and recognised. Homeowners ask for Artizen by name, ahead of whoever their builder would have recommended. An elevated brand, customer focused content, new leads nurtured through to sales, and one shoot turned into multiple outputs. Trust built in the market, and a pipeline that keeps compounding.
